Irish Coffee

Ιngredients:

  • 30cc espresso
  • 60cc Irish whiskey
  • 20cc cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation:

Heat the whiskey and the sugar into the glass with the steam nozzle. Then add the espresso. Beat the cream lightly in the shaker and cover. Garnish with 2 coffee beans and a little cocoa powder.
