Mascarpone dessert


  • 500g sugar
  • 1 kilo mascarpone cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • ladyfinger cookies
  • amaretto biscuits
  • Espresso Coffee


In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the mascarpone in the mixture and beat until it is a bright yellow color and thick. Dip ladyfinger biscuits in espresso and place them on the bottom of the bowls. With a decorating bag pour the mixture onto the bowls (over the ladyfinger biscuits).

Put the bowls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then crumble the amaretto cookies and sprinkle on top of the dessert.
