Right of withdrawal from distance contracts based on Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013) – Return of products. The Customer can easily return the products he has purchased from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.
- Changes are accepted as long as the product is in its original packaging and in excellent condition.

The European Commission gives consumers the right to resolve their electronic disputes according to article 14 par. 1 of the Regulation on the Electronic Resolution of Consumer Disputes on one of its platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a place of recourse for consumers for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online shopping and service contracts.
Refund:
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.
In case of payment by card, the refund is made through the Bank to your card.
Cancellation of order:
In case you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us about it. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.
